We’re excited to create something just for you! Made to Order pieces are crafted individually to match
your unique style and preferences. Because of the personalized nature of these items, they are
considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded—unless there’s a confirmed issue with the
craftsmanship.

Need to Make a Change?

If you’d like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, production may begin and adjustments may no longer be possible.

Something Not Right?

If your item arrives with a manufacturing issue, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it
—whether that means a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

throughout the process and appreciate your patience as we bring your custom order to life.
